  • PostgreSQL + Whalor API: For data storage and real-time functionality

  • Meta Platforms: For advertising measurement and attribution. We may send app or website events and hashed identifiers, such as a one-way hash of your email or account ID, to measure whether ads lead to downloads or subscriptions.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account. When you delete your account, we will delete:

  • Your profile and account information
  • Watchlist and alert preferences
  • Tracked positions and history
  • Notification settings and push tokens
  • All other personal data stored in our systems

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify or update inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To delete your account and data: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. This will permanently delete all your personal information.

Our Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
